Making people stronger is what we do.

As the first true Powerlifting gym in the country, powerlifting has always been our first love. And it’s through that love for training and getting stronger that we have been able to help hundreds of athletes master their lifts and consistently break PR’s. Making people stronger is what we do.

Our team of coaches are dedicated powerlifters themselves with multiple years of competing at the highest levels. They combine their passion for lifting and their extensive knowledge of the total sport of powerlifting to be able to help anyone achieve their goals. Our one-one-one approach is the most effective way for us to develop a program and system that is personally tailored to each individual.

The coaching starts with a free intake. Here we get to know you and your goals, so we can match you with the right coach. 

The coaching program included personalized weekly programming, nutrition guidance based on your current eating habits and tips and tricks to completment your workouts. Unlimited contact so you can send videos to your coach or ask questions. If you choose the packages including a personal training session, that’s also included. 

That depends if the coach has a spot available at that time. Most of the time, we try to match you with the right coach based on your goals, availability and character. 

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a beginner or someone with a lot of experience. We coach all type of athletes with different experience. Get ready for lots of gains.

No not at all. Lots of athletes do powerlifting to improve themselves and not to compete. We are happy to coach everyone regardless of the wish to compete.

This depends on the injury. We always try to see how you can continue training towards your goals. Most of the time we can train around it while recovering from your injury.
