Mock Meet V Coaching Traject


Experience what it takes to train and buildup to our epic annual Mock Meet V.
During this coaching program you will get everything you need to improve your lifts, set new PRs, have a great meet day and lift to proper competition standards.
You will get both your own weekly training program as well as 3 training sessions with Coach Roy and the rest of the group.
This is one of the best ways to work up towards lifting new PRs and having a great Powerlifting meet Experience.
