Alex has been coaching internationally since 2019 and has coached and produced multiple world record holder and even more international elite athletes. He has been thé gameday coach for lifters at every major IPF competition for the past few years. He helped re-write British Powerlifting Coaching education in 2024 and is not the current UK coaching lead for the British Open Classic Team.His level of knowledge, insight and hands on experience is vast and incredibly valuable. And he will be sharing his most critical thoughts and lessons at our upcoming seminar.
