Welcome to part 2 of “The Comeback” Strength training program! This followup is the logical progression for getting back into powerlifting and strength training. So if you have not been training for a while or are just starting for the first time, go check out part 1. But if you already have or have a solid training base, this is the program for you! In this program the levels of intensity are going up and we are adding some more complex movements to keep the body Challenged and stimulate both your strength as well as your confidence!
