Part 1. This 3 week program is designed for those who haven’t been able to train with a barbell for the past couple of months. It is low intensity by design and focuses on giving you a broad approach to the main lifts. The key here is to take it easier than you think you should and gradually start to jump-start the skill, technique and motor coordination of powerlifting and by definition strength training.
