The goal: 
Learn how to train and lift properly and safely.

Up to 4 training sessions per week

4 week meso cycle, each with a specific focus.

Join Coach Finn and his Ultimate Starter program where you make the best start in the gym. This beginners program gives you the training and information to be able to train properly and safely in the gym. 

This program takes your through the essentials and fundamentals of training in the gym as well as need-to-know specifics about how to do certain exercises, how to safely train by yourself, how the training program works and how to adjust things to fit your needs. This program gives you everything you need to make great first steps in your fitness journey.

Why you should join this program.

Starting off the gym can be challenging for some people. There’s a lot to do and so much to learn. And most importantly you want to make sure you’re training properly as to not get injured and also spend your time effectively. We want to help you build a solid foundation so that you can hit the ground running and make the most out of your time in the gym.

Once have a great start, and you learn what being an Iron House level gym-goer is all about, you can take on any type of training.

Weekly Training PROGRAM

Get your weekly training program through our app. You can easily follow, track and score your workouts as you train.

Weekly coaching videos

Start each week with a video from your coach with training explanations, pro-tips and important details.

Program Handbook

A comprehensive handbook written by the coach with a detailed explanation of the training program, the do's and don'ts, additional references and everything you need to run the program.

Training for your goals should be both effective and enjoyable. And this is exactly what our online coaching programs do. This provide everything you need to not only achieve your training goals, but also enjoy the experience.

This Ultimate Starter program makes sure you have a clear plan and goal for every workout and helps you stay on track as you build the habit of going to the gym. Being an Iron House member is all about loving your workouts and enjoying getting stronger and fitter.

After signing up you will receive a welcome email with all further information and details about the program, access to the app and how to get started.


Each group has it’s own set of features, but every group includes a weekly training program, weekly coaching video and a program handbook.

You can join the program at any time. Each person starts the program on week 1 and runs the program accordingly. You can start the program whenever you like!

After signing up you will receive access to the app and all other platforms. You will also receive a welcome email with all the relevant information about the program.

When you sign up you sign up for the monthly subscription. A dutch bank account is needed for the monthly automatic withdrawal. Payment is due at the start of every month for access to that coming month.
