CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Here at Iron House we have two main classes!
During our Powerlifting classes we focus on learning and mastering the proper technique and execution of the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. We focus on your individual target areas as well as fundamental aspects of strong lifting such as proper bracing, various training methods, accessory exercises and performance attitude for making big lifts. POWERHOUR is our Strength & Conditioning class where we combine powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, plyometrics and sport skills into an exciting and intense hour long workout. We incorporate our massive selection of equipment and extensive knowledge of training and movement to provide you with an exiting and challenging training every session. POWERHOUR is also scalable to all levels of experience!
