Starting Strong

When starting your training  we evaluate your current lifestyle and level of fitness to determine the most effective training and programming to start your journey off strong. From there we build and improve from week to week.

Personal & Custom

We are ready to work hard and achieve your goal with you. To do this we create a customized training and nutrition plan to fit your needs and that target you goal directly. We help you create the right lifestyle and mindset to achieve you goal.

No-nonsense Training

We believe in practical and effective training. We incorporate our years of high level training experience to provide you with both an effective, challenging and exciting training system specifically for you and your goals.

We also offer single one-on-one personal training sessions focused on your preference and your own goal! Single sessions are €70,- and include the day pass for Non-Members!
