What we offer
We team you up with a coach that will help you train towards your goals. We emphasize proper technique and effective goal based training and maximum effort to make every session a step towards achieving your goal.
Next to your sessions with your coach we provide you with a custom training program that you can do on your own time. We also give you the starting steps to understanding your relationship with food and how you can eat to achieve your goals.
Achieving your fitness goals is not jut having the best training and nutrition. It’s also about staying motivated and dedicated. It’s about finding your ideal lifestyle and having a healthy relationship with training, food, challenges and self improvement. We help you get started.
How we coach
Our personal training method focuses on creating the optimal balance between what we do in the gym and what you do as part of your lifestyle. Goal specific training, challenge to create change and a healthy relationship with nutrition, sleep & recovery.
Training smart comes first. Training heavy comes from good technique and form. This is where we start. With all major lifts and movements we teach you the right way to train so that you are working effectively and safely towards your goal. We hard but smart. Strong and injury-free.
In order to create change you need to challenge yourself. Together with your coach you train with just enough stimulus and overload to fuel your progress. It’s not about training until you pass out, it’s about providing your body with the right doses of progress every session.
We do not believe in temporary solutions. We want our clients to have the tools and adjustments they need in their training, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle to be able to achieve AND maintain their goals. Finding the balance in these aspects is the key to training hard and living happy.
