With gyms closed and our regular training regimen no longer available it’s harder to stay active and stay fit. But during this global health crisis it’s more important than ever to make the effort to stay fit and healthy, gym or no gym. But how do you train without equipment? How many days should you train? How long? With what?

That is what we will help you with. We will design a custom program made for you and your situation and what you have available.

How do we start:

  1. After your purchase, we will email you to plan in a coaching consultation video call.
  2. During the session we will discuss and asses the focus and goal for the 4 weeks.
  3. We check your training history, take injuries into account and assess what equipment you have available.
  4. We then design your personalized training program.
  5. We walk you through the training, the workouts and focus points.
